Bought a used book from this seller, which was advertised as "Like New". What a joke! The book arrived with several markings and writings and the covers and the pages were scuffed and torned! Promptly returned the book, disgusted by its condition. Wait! it gets better! I received a whopping 29p refund and they made me pay for the return postal charges! I truly feel rich and satisfied now.
Dishonest seller! Stay away at all costs!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! SCAMMERS!!!! Sent a variety of games for which I was offered pennies. However once received one of the games (funnily enough the highest valued at £3.56) was found to have sever surface scratches. Odd considering it was the one game that I never played!! Oh and if you want your stuff back, yes it's £1 per item, so they've got you all ways. Give your stuff to charity instead of these robbing rats!!!! Disgusting operation

Sold them my PS4, they broke it and sent it back to me in worse condition than I sent it to them in. They use an incompetent delivery/pickup service (Evri) who don’t handle packages safely and don’t turn up when they say they will. I also sent them my Nintendo Wii which they said was ‘discoloured’ - like something that’s white and made in 2006 would still be in perfect condition! I don’t recommend using them.

Terrible company, no CD delivered, no communication. I have eagerly been waiting for this CD, quite rare and at a great price. Apparently dispatched (no tracking) and after a week past my due delivery date, sent them a message which they never bothered to respond too. Sent another 2 days later, no response again. I don't even think they sent it out, probably realised the CD was worth more. Clowns.

Just looking at the Google reviews just shows how terrible their customer service is, why are you only responding to the positive comments, shouldn't you be trying to appease the negative customers? I'll come and teach you customer service ?

I have used this company once and will never ever do it again! I sent them a blu ray ps3 remote in return for £4. With them being an unknown company to me I was worried about using them for something expensive and my hunch was corrected. As soon as they received the item they said it was damaged and that they would recycle it or charge me to send it back costing more than 50% what the item is actually worth. The item works perfect. The condition on the outside is perfect. All the buttons are in perfect condition but apparently due to the smallest bit of rust on the string where the battery goes they are refusing to pay me a laughable £4. Think twice before using a company like this. When asked about their complaints procedure, they basically fobbed me off. Disgusting

Great Service. What more can I say. They offered a fair price, and I didn't have the hassle selling it myself. Of course I'm not getting full market value, it is ridiculous to expect that I would. That's the price I pay for this company to provide this service to me, otherwise it couldn't viably exist.

It is unfair to say they don't pay full market value and mark down their service. If you want full price then you would have to sell it yourself. If you want to move on some old games and consoles, have the cash in your pocket, and save yourself the hassle of selling on Ebay then I can't fault their service at all.

I had a good experience with this company. Easy to use. Some of the bar code don't work, which is a bit annoying but still managed to sell a few games and dvds. Got a good amount of money for it all too, honest and reliable.
