Cowboys who ruined my website SEO and cost me thousands of pounds in lost business and near-bankruptcy. I had asked them not to make any changes without my consent but they just went ahead and destroyed my website rankings

Made an enquiry and was spoken to by “Allan Lawrence” if that person actually exists , gave him the information required and he told me his company would cover everything needed as I’d said I was totally inexperienced as to what was required.
I was told they had a vast catalogue of stock photos but they had to request I sent them which were photo shots of the items needed for my website ,

The content writer was unbelievable a 5year old could’ve done better,eventually it took over 18 months due to my inexperience with said things and a busy workload to chase them up and get it finished .

Hence, the website never ever went live. I know have a new website via blue whale media thankfully the differences in class from start to finish are extraordinary.

Go somewhere like this for your website needs then try this person or company and see the difference.

Terrible experience very unprofessional

The sales person Darren will promise you the earth you will be made to believe that your website will be designed and produced by him and his colleagues in Trowbridge
to the highest of standards , this is until you pay your fees they then outsource you to none English speaking designers (I use the term designers loosely )

Expect that you will have to do most of the work yourself if you ever hope to get some kind of website .

You cannot speak to your developer or designer directly and the quality of work produced was a total joke with english that made no sense and many spelling mistakes , not professional and certainly not what you would want to associate your business with.

When you eventually (months and months down the line) get a website expect it to be slow and the back office page not to work properly , plus expect them to do nothing when you report this .

Be aware this company has changed their name to elevate OM marketing they are the same company as far as I am aware .

Worst company ever. For second time my email doesn't work and they tell me I'm not hosted with them , nobody made me aware of hosting coming to the end!!!! Twice this happened!!!!!!!!
