It is a pleasure to work with the team at we prep FBA. They are very responsive and work with you to find what is best for your business when situations arise. Their prices are quite fair and the service level is excellent. We use them to receive, store and forward goods to Amazon UK and sometimes to our 3pl in the EU. In all cases they helped us efficiently!

I recently left Weprep after using their services over an 18 month period. Here are some of the reasons why I left and some of the things I have learned after leaving:

1. WePrep denied receiving several thousand pounds (100s of units) of Amazon removal orders over a six month period. They initially refused to reimburse me because after so long of searching their warehouse, most the tracking links no longer showed information. However, they magically located almost all of the units only DAYS after I refused to settle outstanding invoices without a reimbursement.

2. WePrep convinced me to switch to them for fulfilment of our eBay orders, and then committed so many breaches of eBay policy that our account had severe restrictions placed on it meaning eBay we lost the ability to use eBay as a meaningful platform for selling our returns and other stock for over six months now.

3. WePrep consistently breached agreed SLAs around checking and shipping inventory, resulting in huge losses for my company.

4. WePrep showed a disrespectful and unprofessional regard for my Filipino VAs, regularly communicating with them rudely. My amazing team didn't tell me about this, and it only came to my attention when I by chance saw an email sent to my team - and the same day I told WePrep I would no longer be working with them. Since then I know they rudeness was a long-term issue - from specific senior members of Weprep's team. They even accused my team of fabricating invoices we submitted to them, on the basis that an invoice was created by someone with a slightly similar name to one of my team.

5. Whilst using WePrep, a significant percentage of our inventory had issues - such as missing or damaged when checked in, entire shipments they told us did not arrive despite tracking showing they did, and then almost constant missing units for the shipments that did arrive at Amazon. On multiple occasions they denied receiving inventory and since the retailer also insisted that the units were delivered, we had to file chargebacks to try and get our money back; only after the chargebacks failed and we insisted Weprep reimburse us, they magically found the units! Since leaving them, these issues have almost disappeared. My admin team's workload has suddenly shot down. And now we understand the issues were only occurring at Weprep. Read into that what you will.

6. WePrep told us with half a day's notice, they were moving warehouses and that they would be at a new location from the next morning, resulting in 100s of our units not being shipped that week. As a professional fulfilment center, they thought it not necessary for their customers to be informed in advance and took zero consideration for the impact on our businesses.

In the interests of brevity, this is just SOME of the issues we experienced. It's also worth highlighting that I was one of WePrep's largest clients (possibly their largest), with average monthly bills around £3-£5k. If this is the service I received, then it's likely that smaller clients would be treated even worse.

I wrote to Weprep just over a week ago, asking for compensation to cover a small percentage of the significant losses incurred. They refused to acknowledge any of the issues and offered me a token gesture which I declined. I am now at very start of taking legal action against them for professional negligence.

I hope this will act as a warning to others using or considering using Weprep's services. If you are considering this or any other prep centre, I strongly urge you to get personal recommendations and also to not let cost be a major consideration in your choice. My main reason for choosing WePrep was cost. I now pay over twice in prep costs but wish I had made that choice 18 months sooner.

If there is anyone that is a current client and has experienced similar issues, and you are willing to provide a witness statement for my claim against Weprep or just off-the-record information, please do reach out. And check out the Fast track FBA Facebook group for proof about my experiences.

Joined We Prep to reduce my workload and help semi-automate my logistics. I hoped that the processes would be more seamless, however, since I've joined it seems to have increased my workload and costs, which are now becoming extortionate.

Have found it difficult to work with WePrep - their system and process for creating orders and shipping into Amazon is not the cleanest and requires frequent revisiting of the process for both me and my employees.

Their payment system for direct debits seems to also consistently fail which has frequently resulted in them putting my account on hold, resulting in delays in removal orders and sending stock into Amazon resulting in a money loss for my business due to stock outage as well as increased storage costs.

Good service but the costs are too high.
Storage prices were average but then doubled after 8 weeks leaving me no option other than to remove my inventory.
Picking and labelling costs for 10 boxes is higher than the cost of next day delivery carriage service.

Fred, one of the owners, is really helpful and involved, and their team brought in more members that are doing a great job. So far I am really happy with their service because they give me the confidence to focus on the business and not spend hours checking what the prep lost or messed up.
