Would highly recommend against using this branch. I wanted to get a free evaluation of my car through their website but accidentally ended up booking a timeslot for them to view the car without meaning to. Five minutes later I received a car from Francis who wanted to confirm my appointment. I told him that it was a mistake and to cancel the appointment. He quickly changed his manner on the phone and became very aggressive, telling me to not do that again. So, I put the phone down to not waste my time but received another call from him straight away. He was very rude, unprofessional and even swore to me on the phone and when asked for his name so I can raise a complaint he terminated the call. I then had to call other local branches to find out who was working there on that day. Can't believe that a big company like WeBuyAnyCar would employ such an unprofessional individual to deal with customers despite his anger issues. Would give 0 stars if I could!

Wouldn't take a non runner here. Correctly documented online for a quote, the gentleman there offered less than half the original quote price, he said that It didn't run well (ironic for a declared non runner) he claimied that It would be the best quote I'd get and pressured me to accept. I took it to the next scrap yard that doubled his offer. Seller beware!
