Good friendly staff who are always polite on the phone or in store. Stock is usually pretty good too.

Just don't pre order anything and expect it to arrive on release day like other companies do. None of the pre orders I've made have arrived on release day. Maybe I need to start looking elsewhere

These guys never honour a pre-order if the item is sought after. I’ve given them plenty of chances but all I see is other stores delivering on time. Just not this one. Avoid.

On the whole, pretty bad experience.
I ordered a lot of stuff but because some glue wasn't in stock EVERYTHING was delayed. Generally this wouldn't be an issue but I didn't get any information or any updates about it until I reached out to support asking what was happening with the order. After that I get offered a refund on the glue so the order can move forward but also, I paid for faster delivery...so I suppose they just keep that?

Won't be ordering again from here in future.

Have used Wayland multiple times and generally had no problems. Price is great, delivery usually prompt and returns are straightforward. However, I have had issues with pre-orders and back-orders on items out of stock. Pre-orders they often overcommit leading to long delays, which is frustrating. More annoying is that they then hold all of the remaining items in the order even if they are in stock.
I recently made an order that included an item out of stock to be ordered on back order. I was fine with it all coming together as the listed wait for restock was only 2 weeks. Then I got an email saying they wouldn't be restocked in the listed time and there would be further delays. I asked if the other items could be posted and I was told no, effectively because I'd only paid for one lot of postage. I can understand this initially, but eventually the company should take responsibility for their inaccurate restock timings!
Overall a good company, but stick to items that are available at that time!
