I was at the last checkout nearest car park door at 8.30 this morning and the lady there was extremely helpful and had time to help me pack as I have a bad back.
I cannot commend her enough. I would give her 6 stars alone. Thank you.

They’re open, but wont let you in from the street. No explanation - absurd. Walked all the way round the side of the store, only to find the car park was on the opposite side. Gave up in the end and went elsewhere.

Have used this Waitrose on and off over last 20+ years and have found staff helpful if required and usually have everything in stock I need or an acceptable alternative.

Visited Saturday early evening and enquired with colleague about a type of pasta, upon understanding my words the gentlemen didn't know so I replied no worries I'll leave it, I then asked about coffee and did they have anymore in stock of particular brand was told to go and ask person on self check out tils. Which I did, to be told usually we have everything out, said there was more coming in, asked again if they had any in stock today and replied don't know. I asked if there was anyone else that could help me and got a shrug. I offered a gentle line perhaps they were short staffed and she replied yes and no and walked off.

I hope this was a one off and not a sign that customer service isn't so important anymore...will update after next visit.

Been going to this store since it was built. The number of disabled parking spaces needs to be doubled. We find it usually impossible to get a space and we cannot get my Walker or wheelchair out in a normal space. This leads to having to try to park near the church, which is inconvenient for everyone.

Probably the best Waitrose I’ve ever seen. It’s modern, clean and spacious. I really like the area where you can buy some food in bulk like pasta, couscous or even frozen fruits and veggies. Also the self checkout works well and are quick. Definitely one of the nicest shops!

Great big shop with everything you need. Child and parent parking veryoften taken up by selfish singles, obstinate oldies and belligerent blue badges, despite ample disabled parking being available.
