Not great. Was recommended from a friend of a friend who knew senior mr Woodhead. Was put in touch with the son who was good at the start but as soon as there was an issue wasn’t helpful and just tried to blame everyone but himself. Avoid at all cost.

Very Disappointed , we used WTJ Insurance for the past 4 / 5 years after being wooed by the very charming Mark Woodhead. Sadly his team do not have the same charisma, we ran into problems with WTJ when they sold us a very dubious Premier Guarantee policy which caused us financial loss, and was in effect a worthless policy , WTJ still insisted they were entitled to their broker fee, even though they knew how poor the company they had introduced us to were. They disregarded us as a customer, and are very short sighted, and not into making long term customers. Surely it is easier to retain an existing paying customer than have to go to the effort of finding a new one. Sorry Mark, these lads are undoing your hard work.

Genuine local firm who care about there customers. I have been dealing with WTJ and Jagjit for the past 6 years now and they have always gone the extra mile always being on hand if anything urgent pops up even out of working hours. A massive credit to the insurance industry this firm will go the extra mile. Always do Reccomend to friends and family . You won’t be dissaponted
