Buyer Beware!!
We bought a Honda CRV from WDV two weeks ago, the customer service on purchasing the vehicle was fine and they gave a fair price on our car as a trade in.
However within in the first week of driving the car it had a diesel leak, these things obviously can't be foreseen and we arranged for WDV to pay for a repair at a local garage, our usual garage would not touch the car and said to take it back for repair which I thought rather odd but didn't think too much of it.
We asked another garage to take a look and he was happy to do the repair. Once up on the ramps the mechanic pointed out extensive corrosion on the front and back sub-frame which had recently been painted over in some kind of black paint, this car was rusting out underneath and basically would not pass another MOT without pricey repairs.

I was absolutely astounded and could not believe WDV would knowingly sell a car that was unsuitable and also try to cover it up.

WDV were contacted and asked to collect the vehicle as we no longer wanted it considering the major corrosion problem, this was refused and we were told to return it ourselves.
The car was returned last Saturday and since have been left without a car and no means of buying a new one as the deposit has still not been repaid.
No communication has been made on WDV's side to rectify this situation.
We feel extremely let down by the company (not to mention car less in rural Cornwall!) and our trust in dealers is now zero

A pleasure to deal with. I bought a Toyota from this company which we love, backed up with an RAC warranty and they gave us a very good price for our old car. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

I was happy with the car that I bought through WDV ltd, even though it had a few relatively minor faults, but that is ok and they seemed to be willing to address these under warranty.
