These guys are ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Very polite very informative and offering good old fashioned service.
Used a competitor for over 30 years before trying these guys having been recommended by numerous people.
I just have one regret....why or why didn't we use them before?

Excellent service from Tim. Went to view car, test drove, informative chat about car etc. Dealt with many local garages regarding car purchases in the past and would have to say this was best by far. My car suffered a coolant leak whilst driving to the Wolds so I limped it back to the nearest garage. It was a Saturday afternoon so the mechanics had finished for the weekend. Tim (car sales) came to my rescue and after an hour or so advised that I could leave it on the forecourt in the hope a mechanic could give a diagnosis on Monday.
During the week I was informed that a hose had split and to replace with a genuine Renault part would take 6-8 weeks. Carl's team managed to fabricate a replacement and straighten/secure a damaged aluminium heat shield between their booked work schedule.
I'm very grateful for Vision's care and work done therefore highly recommend them.
As and when I come to replace my car I'll certainly be watching their forecourt.
