Friendly, efficient assessment process using state of the art equipment. Thorough assessment in about 20 minutes all told. Everything explained.
I didn’t need new glasses but came away with a much better understanding of my eye care needs.

Fantastic experience at Witney Vision Express and I was really well looked after by Emilia and Abbie. Really great selection of glasses and lots of help with choosing the right pair for me and my prescription. No pressure sales just genuine friendly advice. Eye test also went super smoothly. 1 star feels generous.

I had a 5:50pm appointment for an eye test with Jasmine. She was fine in the appointment and I was well looked after beforehand by the front of house team who were so sweet and lovely.

After the appointment, I showed Jasmine a colour palette that I was aiming to stick within, and said what frame shape I wanted. She didn't listen to anything I was saying and was throwing frames at me left, right and centre - none of which took into consideration my feedback. It was obvious that they just wanted to go home, so I left feeling rushed out, and will be purchasing from elsewhere.

I was planning on getting a pair of sunglasses, reading glasses and contact lenses, so more fool you for loosing out on that sale.

I get that it's Christmas and it was a late appointment, but it felt like they couldn't get rid of me soon enough. If 5:50pm is too late, then maybe consider making the last appointment earlier?!

Very disappointed, and won't be going back.

An arm on my glasses snapped off and was very tricky to replace (frameless glasses). However, Amelia was very persistent and succeeded in the end. I was kept up to date re progress and I couldn't fault the customer care I was given.
