Brilliant service, very friendly and so helpful.
I needed an urgent eye test due to a sight issue arising unexpectedly. An appointment within an hour, very thorough testing and immediate referral with phoned briefing of hospital. Particularly good communication/explanation.

What a lovely place never had a eye test before explained each step as they went along and what was going to happen
The lady had the time to help me choose my glasses was never rushed she said take as long as you like then went indepth about the different lens I could have had react uv as driving glasses would high recommend this place as they have the time for you 1000% customer service thankyou ladies your the best 👌

Great service from the team here. I'm down in Cornwall for a holiday, but lost my glasses and was stuck with sunnies. Booked to get some contact lenses and within 24 hours had a 30 day supply. Saving me from being the idiot with sunglasses at midnight!

I arrived way too early but was let in and made to feel very welcome. Which was helpful as was pishing down.
There was no offer of tea/coffee/cocktails/biscuits but there was good banter and genuine warmth, which was nice.
I was pandered, tested, talked to, as an adult, not in a condescending way, but in a reassuringly professional way.
Even the way they told me that I was going blind in one eye was tactful and so I have no reservation in recommending Holsworthy Vision Express wholeheartedly. 5 Bally stars.

Very good service, staff helpful and catered for the Disabled. Choice of frames . When I got my glasses they didn't seem so strong frames that I tried on. If I can find my old frames I'm going to ask if they can put the same prescription in my old glasses, with having 3 Granddaughters and a Grandson who loves taking off my glasses.
