Have known Vine Place since they were actually in Vine Place in Sunderland, then Chilton. Now around the corner from me in Wingate. So they've been around a while.

Bought my Elgrand from them a couple of days ago and from test drive to collecting the car nothing has been too much trouble for the guys there.

The car is brilliant, the service is brilliant, can't fault anything.

Will be returning for servicing and MOT's in the future.

Great experience from start to finish! We mainly dealt with Karl who was able to give us confidence in knowing the features and benefits of all models. Vine Place was recommended to us by a friend and their reputation is justified. Showing us around the different models of Nissan Elgrand allowed us to select the right one for us - a 3.5l E51 Rider S. Also matched to our budget. No hard sell, we were put completely at ease. When we made the decision, we were then invited back a week later to view our vehicle. And test drive it. We confirmed our order and on collection, it had been fully prepped with some extra and unexpected work carried out, such as new tyres, pads and discs and bodywork. I was impressed! Also, having never bought a Japanese import before, Vine Place give you peace of mind that required work to make the vehicle UK-ready has been done. You don’t get this with every Japanese import seller! So, I would happily recommend Karl, Karen, Dave and everyone at Vine Place. Great service and peace of mind and nothing was too much trouble. We love our Elgrand and we’ll always bring it back for its annual service. What a fantastic experience
We contacted Vine Place via email expressing interest in looking at one of their cars. Dave answered all our questions very promptly with the relevant information. We arranged a day and time to visit which suited us and on visiting Karl took time to show us the vehicle and answer more questions we had.

We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision or buy anything even though we wanted to have a look at another vehicle which was different to the one we initially expressed interest in. Our reservation fee was refunded promptly on that initial vehicle without any quibble. A very different car shopping experience to those we’ve had before.

We absolutely would visit again and recommend to others. Keep up the excellent work.

Bought my Nissan Elgrand from Vine Place Ltd last year, new import fully Mot’d, serviced and advisories rectified for point of sale, I’m not local to them. Pleased to say 14000 Km / 8700 mile's confident go anywhere motoring, first year Mot today with local council authority station and clean pass bar minor advisories nail in tyre, rear brake pads wearing thin and 2 tyres starting to show wear. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anybody looking at Vine Place Ltd for next vehicle.

Very nice guys to deal with. I went down to see an elgrand and had a test drive. No pressure sales tactics, very informative about the extras you can add on and all the information about an import, I would definitely recommend the English conversion for the infotainment system . From start to finish I have nothing but praise for Vine Place. Karl advised me of the Elgrand most suited for my needs. It was still on its way to the UK so I did not get to see it. As I wanted it converted to a camper I paid a large deposit so that the work could be done immediately. My faith was not misplaced. Paul kept me updated with the progress of the conversion.
