Lovely post office and stores, it has always been great and the new managers Steve and Nikki are 2 of the nicest people you will meet.
Professional, helpful and polite. A real asset to the village.

Although they have only been in the shop a few months they have settled in very quickly and coped with the C19 Situation with a smile.

Service with a smile.. Visited this great little shop and bought some food for my lunch. Not only was was my lunch great but the staff were so amazingly friendly and could answer all my questions about the area. They are a tribute to small businesses everywhere and made me realise that there still exists a place for service like this in a world dominated by eCommerce. Thankyou for making my day,

If Carlsberg made Post Offices.... Seriously though. Fantastic friendly service and a post office that is even open on a Sunday! Great sandwiches and freshly made savories and an amazing range of stock for a village shop.

Went into this shop this morning to get a fizzy drink And when I asked if I could use my card I was snapped at by the boss lady saying I was being disrespectful to her staff and I was told to leave. People should be aware that the minimum fee is 5£ on card and because I didn't know that I was accused of being rude! Rather go to the village shop in ardington as the staff are far more accommodating!

Brilliant shop, brilliant people. Makes living in East Hendred even more pleasant. You really don't need to leave the village as Hendred Stores have everything you need.Food, Post Office and Wine. What more do you need?
