Good place. The center is small but quite cozy and there are places where you can entertain yourself. There are very beautiful small streets and an equally beautiful landscape.

Had Christmas 2023 in Chesterfield. Nice town that wasn't to big. The shops were into full swing with the reindeer to close for the 2 days. Had 3 nights in Ibis and really did learn the town and it"s passage ways. As I said it was Christmas.
Easy to park in car park.

Plenty of shops. Always clean and tidy. Some nice benches in the sunshine tip sit on whilst your other half is browsing the shops.

Lots of shops and no up for lease empty shops on this stretch, Saturday is a great day to visit and catch the market as well, still a buzzing town centre to visit especially with the Internet killing most other towns high streets...

& Iceland shop all in 10 to 15 mins
