Recieved damaged product twice in a row due to poor packaging. Zero customer service skills or accountability ("yeah can't do much about that I'll let the warehouse know") you should invest in some training for the whoever is picking up the phone they're awful.

I placed an order then found the reviews and thought omg what have I done! BUT I've had an amazing experience with this company. I placed an order Sunday evening it was sent on the Monday and I received it on Wednesday. I have sent up a subscription at a great price. Thank you vet shop for a great shopping experience

I am very disappointed that I have to give a one-star rating due to unacceptable customer service. I did not receive any response after reporting a problem, and the choice of delivery company was poor. This has damaged both your reputation and the company's image. I would not recommend this service.

Absolutely excellent company. EVRI had caused us massive problems (no surprise there). It was a complete nightmare. However, I spoke to a Vet Shop advisor called Lucy. From the very beginning she was fantastic. She went above and beyond what was expected, she kept me updated, communication was great, she dealt with the entire issue from start to finish. She was extremely efficient, friendly, and understanding. Brilliant company, will be ordering from regularly, highly recommend!! 😁😁

Ordered Purina hypoallergenic cat food as were due to travel to
France for a month and difficulty in getting that specialist type of food for our cat Monty. Just to make sure I ordered the next day delivery service to make sure we would receive in plenty of time.... However, 1 email (which was never answered by vetshop!) and finally delivered 5 days later!
I paid the premium delivery charge (which was clearly not worth it) and was so concerned that the food wasn't going to arrive on time I ordered again through Amazon (which was delivered the next day!).
Awful customer service not even an acknowledgement, will not be using again.

Really good selection, great prices and the staff there are helpful when I go to collect my order.
The subscription allows a little discount and they tell me when it's due each month so I can increase or decrease the order as I need.
I've been with them about 2 years now & the only reason I would leave was if they stopped selling my brand of dog food.
