Kay was fantastic! Went to get a surprise gift for my wife, I arrived a couple of minutes after they had closed but she let me in and helped me choose the right set for my wife. I had a really wonderful experience at Venus today. Kay made me feel very comfortable and at ease with measuring me and finding me suitable bras. Amazing experience today. I’m a big girl and have had pretty bad experiences at bra fittings. This was different. I came out feeling on top of the world, bust lifted and loving my body a little more than when I went in. This isn’t just an underwear shop, it’s a movement. Would recommend to anyone.

I popped into this wonderful shop today.The lovely lady that served me was so helpful and attentive . I have come away with two bras that fit perfectly. I just wish I had found this shop sooner.
