Absolutely disgraceful service never been spoken to like that by any shop assistant. I asked to pick up a parcel from Hermes I had the email and number to pick up so I politely gave my name and was told abruptly I couldn’t pick up showed the assistant the parcel number again had to sort through the parcels myself and then being served I have never been spoken to so rudely I’ll never use this shop again total disgrace. Loss of customers = loss of revenue

If i could leave this place zero stars i would. The little bald guy that's on his phone 24/7 hardly taking any notice of his customers unless they're some chav he'll be watching them like a hawk. Just had him overcharge a friend when they topped up their meter and he's tried giving me less change than what i am owed before. Heard many stories about him being a scammer. Wouldn't trust this place as far as i could throw it.

Went in to post a Hermes parcel on 08:02 .The shop assistant barely looked up from his phone to engage in any form of polite conversation with me . Absolutely useless,rude and ignorant I will never go into this store again! Manners cost nothing ! They dont actually deserve 1 star !

Do not trust this business if you are trades person.
Does not pay the bills and refuses to answer the phone or messages or invoices to settle their debts. Denies the lady who booked us exists.

Shocking service, wanted some Ecig liquids and was rushed into buying a brand I wasn't familiar with. Once purchased I realised the liquid was only allowed for certain tanks (highlighted in tiny writing) so within 10mins I returned and asked if I may do a straight swap for the cheaper brand. The bottles where still boxed and the secure caps still on... But instead of following the rights to return, I got arrogantly turned away, just blaintly refused. So now I'm stuck with liquids I'll never use, and I'll never be going in there again.

Never been spoken to like that in my life. All i asked was how to send a parcel. Guy started shouting and swearing at me saying he had no idea and to go outside then started shouting in a foreign language
