I have used this company since I started vaping 8 years ago. I have always used the slim battery with refillable cartridges. The long batteries are the best as they hold the charge, the liquid is the best but... I have doubled my order as going on holiday and after yet another bad batch of cartridges and I ordered an extra pack of cartridges to be on the safe side. The order arrived on Friday and by Sunday, three have already broken, leaking expensive liquid all over me. At £5 per cartridge I might as well start smoking again... It is bank holiday tomorrow so even if I order today they won't arrive in time for my holiday. Time to look elsewhere for a reliable product.

I am so pleased I found this company. I have never needed to shop elsewhere. I have now been a non smoker for nearly 5 years and it's thanks to V2 cigs. I started with this company and am still with them. The service provided is first rate, products are easy to order, many flavours and accessories to choose from and a fair price, even if there is an exchange, this company is happy to help. I tend to stick with my favourite flavour, the Classic, but have also tried others. I have recommended this company to neighbours and friends, some of them now use V2 !
