Left it a while to leave a review based on my expereineces with cars in the past (i.e. having an engine light come on just 3 days after buying a clio that was supposedly great). Bought a lovely Ford Focus Zetec that is very clean on both the inside and out. Very good people to do business with and was kind enough to come down on the price. Would definitely recommend!

Edit: I forgot to mention that the car come with a MOT valid for a year and also was covered by warranty for 3 months.

I purchased a car in December at a decent price, and car is in decent shape. However, I’ve possibly noticed some minor issues, particularly with the control arm, which are a bit noisy and annoying as will mean likely to spend money just after 2 months. The experience was also let down by dishonest sales practices from John. I was assured the car would come with a spare key, but instead, on collection no key was given to me and later following chase up, I was sent a random spare key that doesn’t work and clearly does not belong to the car. On top of that, I was told the car had 2 previous owners, but when the logbook arrived, it showed there had actually been 4. Despite following up, I’ve received no further communication or resolution.

Very easy transaction.
The 12 year old car I purchased was spotless inside and out.
It did develop a little engine light problem after driving it for a day but Anthony and his mechanic put it right and replaced the part at no extra cost.
Nothing is certain when buying a used car so to have decent after sales service is very reassuring.
Would recommend and would buy from them again.

I had bought a Mercedes Benz C Class C180 2011 KN11LEU 1.8 petrol on 05/04/2024
I am yet still waiting for a log book and I haven't been given any sort of green slip as the new keeper for this car when on the day I had bought this.
It's becoming really frustrating and stressful that I have been and still waiting for a log book to arrive.
I just don't understand on why this is taking this long to receive a log book.
I have never been this frustrated, worried as to this experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was recommended to Anthony at used car network by a friend who has bought her family’s cars from them for years, I live over 2 hours drive away and couldn’t find the right car where I live, I went on used car networks web site and found a lovely little low mileage Vauxhall Corsa for £4995 and it came with a fantastic Free warranty, I made the trip up there by train and Anthony collected me from the Local train station, when I got there the car was exactly as described and in excellent condition inside and out, he took me on a test drive, all was good and we done the deal, he arranged delivery for me for a few days later as he has all of his cars fully checked over before delivery, he answered all my questions with great knowledge and reassurance, I could not recommend him highly enough, five star service.

Came to see the car on a Sunday and met by Joel on arrival. Drove the car and bought it, and all of the paperwork, tax, registration documents were all taken care off by the garage. Really helpful to have drive away insurance too.

I purchased Volvo C30 last month. Fabulous service. Relaxed no pressure atmosphere. Honest and straight talking. Love my car, happy with the whole process. New MOT done, warranty given and AA cover. Would definitely recommend. Well worth the 90 minute drive to view and then collect.
