Visited this Urban Outfitters store (Cambridge) with my daughter & I have to say the customer service given by the 2 guys on the tills (Darlington & Matt, I think) was outstanding! So friendly, interacting & engaging with all the customers, have to say it was a joy to watch as I sat outside the changing room waiting for my daughter, made the whole shopping experience wonderful! Great asset to the store, well done guys. Based on this experience, wouldn't hesitate to shop there again!

The brand has a good selection of the cloths for my teenagers (a girl and a boy).

And the Cambridge branch has a very engage and professional stuff. We were there on Saturday a few weeks ago (I think it was 22nd June), and I unfortunately didn't get names, but the black-hair girl was helpful and engage in finding what we wanted. Later on, the guy on a till showed good understanding of the company on-line order process, and helped us to order extra item we needed before my son trip.

I would like every shop to have service like that.

i usually love urban outfitters but please watch your new staff - a lady forgot to take the metal tag off of something i had just bought. i don’t live close so it’s a hassle to go back just for the tag. really annoying.

I wanted to exchange a top that my daughter had bought online as it was too small. The staff in my local store were so friendly, helpful and efficient! During the initial phone call to the store “Ollie” was incredibly helpful and when I visited the store later they day to return the top I I was served by a really lovely assistant. The replacement top was delivered to my house the next day and my daughter was delighted! Thank you so much.

Queues for the changing room can easily reach 45 minutes. Often held up by people coming out, picking out more clothes in the shop for a good while and going back in. Very pricey but well ventilated.

Normally love urban but I brought a £40 top only to find out it still has a tag on it when I got home I can’t remove it as it’s a ink one and the closest one to me is about and hour and half really disappointing
