Bharat is the angel of Holloway Road! I moved to Holloway 3 years ago and this is where I have my parcels delivered to keep them safe until I can collect - I always have a lovely chat with Bharat, always incredible service with a smile and all the other essentials you need from an offie + more.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! As other reviews have stated, the owner is incredibly rude and treats customers as though they are a nuisance. I wanted to post a parcel, he was extremely unhelpful, and didn’t want to process the delivery. When I said he didn’t need to be rude to his customers he threw my parcel on the ground and kicked it, then came around the counter and threatened me. I am a 32 year old 5’2” female, so think this behaviour is completely unacceptable. Had someone not come into the shop at that time, I am certain he would have hit me. UPS needs to drop this shop as it is damaging their brand. I have never had such aggressive behaviour from such a simple transaction in my life - completely shocked

I went to this place to collect a UPS delivery on behalf of my partner but the guy at the desk insisted on showing an ID on whose name the package was in, which wasn't mentioned at all on the UPS website. I called UPS helpline and they were confused as to why the person wouldn't let me collect when I had the confirmation email forwarded from the person whose name the delivery was in. The person there was too rude about it and told me to fight them and not him on this, which was way out of the line because he had made his own rules not UPS. A really bad experience.

Useless!

The shop owner is a rude sod who does not even know how to process an UPS returns with invoices and made his own rules up. I filled a complaint with UPS about him. Unique Newsagents is uniquely bad and should stop being an UPS Access Point.

I went to pick up my parcel. First the man asked me for one form of ID, then when I produced it he asked me for two forms and then out of nowhere started swearing at me. It was really scary and unpleasant.

the shop is on the tfl website and has a sticker on the window stating it is an "oyster ticket stop". this means they should be able to connect a bus and tram discount card to my oyster card however the old man in there claimed they don't do this. Lazy and unhelpful. I've reported him to tfl for refusing to provide a service he should be providing

Good location corner shop, convenient for receiving and sending parcels; stocks newspapers, smoking products, stationery, magazines, drinks, ice-cream, confectionery, etc. Always very friendly and helpful.

Only visited here once in order to send some items using collect plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were no problems. The shop itself is small but packed with everything you'd expect from a small corner shop. Good selection of drinks. Would recommend.
