Had to pickup some pre ordered and pre paid school items, so it was the first time inside shop, seems full with 1000s of school uniform items. Neat and tidy, considering the amount of stock they have.

Had a very friendly and smooth experience at the store this morning. Was served by a lovely young lady named Isabella who was helpful right from the second we walked in. Big thank you to all the hardworking staff at the store that make this frantic experience that little bit easier, most especially Isabella!

Really poor customer service, despite not being very busy I was left standing for 10 mins waiting while the lady that came in after me got served first. Also none of the uniform seems very good quality, everything feels like cheap polyester.

3 stars to the lovely very young girl that served me and was polite. I wouldn’t have given anything due to the older woman with black hair she has a major attitude she talks to people like their filth. Lucky I didn’t have her because I would of flipped my lid

The staff is wonderful they helped my two daughters for there mid year admission the provide a warm services and make the whole experience very uplifting and enthusiastic the staff really does give a welcoming environment especially with the stress of a mid year admission would definitely encourage other to get your uniform here as well

Excellent service, I went there today and the lady at reception was so helpful. There were no available appointments online and the lady managed to squeeze me in when i went to the store. Amazing service and staff.

The worst shop I have ever been! Members of staff extremely rude!!! Have ordered/bought uniform on 28 of July,and been told,that the uniform is in shop but they haven’t opened the parcel,so will be ready in a weeks time!,and I widget a message that it’s ready for collection.Month is gone and I have no uniform yet. When to shop a week ago and been shouted at by a very rude member of staff. According to her they haven’t got delivery yet,and definitely will be ready by Tuesday!!! Tuesday is gone and I haven’t got a uniform yet!!! No message. Can’t contact them,scared to go there as probably will be shouted at once more. Avoid if possible this shop!!!! My girl is stressed as she’s starting Y7,new school and hasn’t got uniform 🤷🏻‍♀️

In store they are great the ladies are so nice and helpful,
But online to contact are a nightmare
The phones always off the hook and i emailed over a week ago with no response, so i think their customer service needs improving.
I understand this is busiest time of year for them
But someone needs to be in charge of customer service emails etc as over a week is very long to not be contacted back!
