We ordered some metal lawn edging online and unfortunately DHL only delivered a part of the order. I called Ultimate One and got through very quickly and spoke to a very pleasant lady who after checking DHL agreed to re-supply the missing items.
Very helpful and despite an initial problem they sorted it out quickly and to my satisfaction.

Very good service. Placed order and delivery two days later - DHL was excellent. Query dealt with quickly - product as described. Only thing missing was an assembly leaflet that would help but it is available on line. Edgescape is much safer than other steel edging products because it has a rolled top, also no length is lost when joining because of the sturdy way the lengths are joined using a backing plate which doesn’t require overlapping. Very easy to put into ground and hopefully will help stop weeds in my borders spreading into my lawn and make border maintenance easier. Haven’t tried bending the edges yet . Be warned - the package is heavy on delivery. Would be nice to see a video on line for it - far superior to other border edging products. I went for the highest edging so I can create an obvious border type edging. This one is Corten so will weather to a copper colour which matches the bricks on the lawn edging

These guys are amazing! I ordered some fencing last week and it turned up swiftly and was great quality, but realised that i didn’t have enough. I ordered some more and reached out to them as I was worried I wouldn’t complete the work I needed to in time, and they rushed to get my order out the same day and posted it out for next day delivery! I am so grateful, you guys are the best! A fab customer service experience and the fencing is also great quality! What more could you want.. thanks again guys!

Update 2023: Still abosutley giving this company 5 stars! I placed another order over the phone. The lady who took the order intially said that they don't take phone orders, but she was new to to the job and didn't know that this is possible. Once I explained that I have ordered over the phone before she asked a colleague to assist her and my order was processed very quickly and professionally! My order arrived 2 days later and is now happily in place as a back mesh panel extension to the climbing veg frame I built last year using wire mesh panels from Ultimate One! Again, top class service! - and STILL the Ultimate One of wire mesh panels!

2022: Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly service, thank you so much! My order was dispached promptly despite there being a bank holiday inbetween placing the order and receiving it. I ordered over the phone as I am not great online and the young lady was very accomodating, understanding and patient! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. Five stars well deserved! Definitely the Ultimate One of wire mesh!

I haven’t received my order yet so will post another review later, but I was surprised by the £12 delivery charge and I’ve realised that this applies regardless of the package size so if I buy a small packet of hog ring clips for £14 for example, then this is almost doubled by the delivery charge!
