We took a long journey to visit this store to find it closed due to them moving, which is fair enough. However, their website, google maps and numerous road signage suggests they are still open. Lights on, car park half filled and some doors still open with a small sign stating a move, we curiously called them to see when they were moving, had moved or if they were indeed still open and was very forcefully and rudely received by a man angrily claiming “We are in the process can’t you see the sign?! The sign says we are closed.” (It didn’t.) “Are the doors closed, yes? This means we are shut. We don’t have any location.”

We were of course slightly disgruntled by his manner and what could have been a pleasant clarification rather than this perplexing perturbed individual, that should note “store is moving” could be taken as future tense. Perhaps add the word “currently” or have a “closed” sign up on the one shutter door (side entrance was wide open), or, just a thought, be nice and pleasant to your ex customers on the phone? Good luck with your move.

AWFUL COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Brought a Wacker for my father's business, the compression was horrendous so contacted to sort a replacement/refund. 8 collection dates were scheduled and all 8 no one showed up, making me lose out on money from taking time of work to wait around for no collection, my father lost out on money having to hire a replacement for their faulty product. Kept wanting me to leave It in a vulnerable area where anyone could up and take the item because they refused to collect It out of the only garden I have available, they say one thing and want another. The headache I got from this companies back and forth is absolutely wild.

It took them 3 MONTHS!! before they finally sorted a collection date and actually showed up to collected it. However, since the collection they are REFUSING to message me back or answer my calls. THEY WILL TAKE THE PRODUCT AND KEEP THE MONEY AND DODGE YOU!!

Absolutely awful company, ran horrendously and are THEIVES!!! I have all messages from the company agreeing to a refund, I have them on CCTV collecting the item and I am HAPPY to take you to a small claims court over this.

I bought a plaugh from this company - (Wolf petrol cultivator tiller and plough, heavy duty rotavator 4-Stroke 7.5HP 212cc Engine) to sent to South Africa. The service I received from the shop was beyond "outstanding ". The plough was first delivered to my home address in a secured crate. I had kept it unassembled for sometime as I intend to send it to South Africa. When the time came for me to send it, I was worried as I was not able to assemble it as i was not familiar with it. I contacted UKHS.tv Tools and asked if they can assist. They were happy to do so, so I drove from London to NOTTINGHAM on a Saturday. Although I arrived few minutes before the store closing time, they kept assisting me although they were not obliged to do so past their trading time. The staff patiently went through every component with me, showing me how to assemble the plaugh. The manager and a staff member even took the plaugh out of the store, put petrol and oil on a plaugh and show me how it works. This was to put my mind at ease as the plaugh was going to be sent abroad.
The product works like a tractor, very powerful heavy duty and easy to use. Since then I have been receiving unending phone calls from the villagers who wants me to order this plaugh for them.
I recommend this product to any one, and the company for its best customer service. I'm looking forward to order more plaughs and tillers from them again.

Back in February we purchased an air compressor, after a long wait, a lost product and endless issues with the courier and UKHS themselves it finally arrived at the end of May.

After a short time we started having issues with the compressor not pumping out any air. We spoke to customer support and were told to send some pictures of the compressor and they relayed it to technical support who said that the compressor had a faulty gasket, and they would send out replacements parts. We informed them that we were not qualified to change the parts but we were assured it was a simple process and would be given instruction on how to do.

After these parts were replaced the compressor worked for all of 10 minutes before the same issue occured again. We once again got in touch with customer support where we told that they would pick it up and asked us if we would prefer a refund or a replacement, we stated that we would prefer a replacement as it is a product that is integral to our work.

After another long winded process they finally arranged a courier to come and collect the item, it was the same courier they had used to deliver it in the first place. We were told the booking had been made and the courier would be in touch to collect. The compressor was loaded on to a pallet and packaged up ready for their arrival. The courier sent someone in a tiny van and they could not fit it in so we had to have another larger vehicle arranged to transport the item, just another added frustration.

The compressor was finally returned to UKHS and today we were informed that the fault is due to 'human error' on our end as there is some paint on the body of the compressor, they have stated that they are not prepared to repair the compressor, they are not prepared to replace the compressor and they are not prepared to refund the compressor, however as if it is some sort of gesture of goodwill they will return it to us in its current unusable state.

This is quite frankly a joke, we purchased a product with a 2 year guarantee that quite frankly is not worth the paper it is written on, disgraceful company with disgraceful customer service we are now having to go through the process of contacting both eBay and PayPal to ensure our money is returned to us.

We sadly cannot recommend UKHS to anyone and would advise caution if considering buying anything from them as whatever they tell you before you buy is a lie and once they have your money they will find any excuse to not rectify a problem. Shocking product and even worse service.

Absolutely mind blowing the difference a couple of years makes. When this store was JTF it was a hive of activity on the weekends. Not the case on a Saturday anymore. More staff than customers. Prices don't seem all that great / competitive no customer toilets and no heating! Must be more to this company ? Money laundering? Cheap quality Chinese tools and no customers can't pay the bills. Shan't be returning

just bought the bloggs 20" chainsaw. easy to put together. started no issues.cuts like butter. lads had lots of knowledge about the item and the customer service was excellent. cant recommend enough. thank you for your help.

Bought a power washer in March. Wasn't fit for purpose. Worked for 10 minuets then wouldnt start again . . Returned item . Its now august still waiting for a refund £270. They also trade through dnq . Be very carefull of these two company's

Never trust this company I bought air compressor from eBay Wolf 90L and electric motor death I have to work with out air compressor and I waiting over months for any help from them I called and he said we don't read eBay messages🙈 but selling😂. I emailed them and responded 3 times I had had enough. I bought new electric motor for £120 and replaced I needed my air compressor and I emailed to this company please send me refund for this motor responded very quick (your warranty is now void)
