We are completely new to storage facilities but the staff we interacted with at MyStore, Sarah, Tracy and Shannon were exceptionally helpful. We were advised to make a preliminary visit and given a tour so that we had a clear understanding of the facilities, security and pricing structure. We have now taken up a storage unit to help with a house move and the site is clean, dry and secure with welcoming staff available during their office hours.

MyStore is the first experience I have had of using storage and I am so impressed. I used this company when it was MyStore, at which point I would have rated it five stars as the service was always very good and facilities great. However, I had a very bad experience when attempting to rent from them again recently now that they have changed to UK Storage Company. I requested to use my unit out of hours during a weekend when first moving in. There were issues with the app and the lift, with none of the buttons working in the lift even after my pin was accepted. I called emergency support who could not help and then I emailed the company to complain. Come Monday, I had expected a sincere apology and recognition of the time wasted and serious inconvenience not being able to access my unit had incurred, but instead a member of staff tried repeatedly to deny my experience, by claiming I'd entered the wrong floor number despite me having explained multiple times at every point of my complaint that NONE of the buttons in the lift had been working. I was being gaslit, patronised and invalidated, and at this point I refused to deal with the company any further as this is not behaviour I find acceptable or tolerable. It took multiple emails and calls to complain but eventually I was refunded and my contract cancelled. I sought storage elsewhere. It's a shame MyStore closed as their treatment of customers was infinitely better than UK Storage Company. Apparently action is being taken against the staff member who gaslit and patronised me, but I could have really done without the experience, as well as all the hassle over my unit.

Very pleased with this storage in Witney. The girls working here have been so helpful to show me around and also shoe me the unit sizes to be able to decide which one is more suitable for my needs.
A very easy, smooth, pleasant experience. Definitely recommend.

The sign-up process was really easy, and super friendly. Tracy was great at communicating how the process works. All the staff at the reception could not have been nicer. The whole place is well organized and clean, with excellent security and efficient systems. Thanks heaps.

MyStore staff are always friendly and very helpful; they keep storage holders informed of any changes and the regular fumigation date & times. There are a good variety of storage spaces available, for short or long term agreements with an excellent security system; access is 24hrs and the office is open 6 days a week. There are boxes, tape, furniture protectors, padlocks etc available to buy. The place is always clean, including the customer toilet. The corridors are all well lit.
MyStore has been perfect for what we needed. Thank you for all you help MyStore Team!!

Highly recommended company to use if you need to store your items or furnitures. All receptionists are so friendly and helpful, their system is flexible, and the whole environment is clean and tidy. We rent a container and it is in immaculate condition. We are very happy with all their policy and conditions.
