I bought some Salomons from these guys in the summer. Best customer service I have ever received. The initial buying experience was great, with the chap who I believe runs the store (which is a gorgeous shop by the way) giving me his full attention and care.

However the real value added was when I unfortunately had to claim on the warranty of the Salomons. These things happen, but although UJNG gain nothing from the process the same chap was more than happy to process it for me over a busy Xmas period. After the warranty was confirmed I came back in to swap the shoes and received the same attention and care as before.
