Went into the shop, nobody welcomed me, lady was unboxing clothes in the ladies dept, then went to try an item on by the front door, gentleman behind counter looked more interested in his phone than engaging with me, no 'can I help you?, no 'looking for something in particular? I was looking to buy a new pair of jeans, smart shirt and a jacket but I need more customer service than I got to spend my money there. Clothes looked good quality, not too sure that the sign by their jeans is very welcoming....We're particular about our demin, ask for your size......came across as 'do not touch our display, can't be bothered to arrange it all back neatly in place. I will pop in again and see if I just caught them on a bad day.

Left a tag on inside a box of socks I brought for my son's x mas present. I did a 14 mile round trip and paid a 2.50 parking charge to return the sock and all they offered was the comment "it happens". Not impressed. It does happen....but recompense for my expenses would have been nice. Also originally overcharged me for a sale item which luckily I spotted. Overlooked that at the time but now feel not the shop for me...or my friends. Nice stuff shame about the attitude
