After a welcome and initial consultation with Michelle Harris, we were paired with designer Donna Watts - who not only designed and planned the kitchen we wanted; but also created all the little finishing touches that made it uniquely ours . Fabulous Service - nothing was too much trouble for Michelle. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy. She recommended lots of different options, and in the end we made the right choice. Lovely showroom and team helpful on visits. Yet for our small project request we made two visits and each time the team committed to follow up actions that didn't happen. This was frustrating, so eventually we went elsewhere!
