I went into the Witney TUI shop today, I had my 4 year old grandson with me so I was slightly anxious he might get fed up. But not with Louise there, she made him very welcome, showing him pictures of our holiday and he even got given a little duck!
Louise guided me through the booking process in detail. She made it such a pleasure, even booking my parking and insurance! She set me up on the app which was super helpful! I came out feeling so happy it had all been booked so easily ! Well done Louise, best service ever !

I booked my first solo holiday with Esme a few months ago. Esme made everything so easy to follow and it made my experience not only in the booking process but also on the actual holiday a lot more enjoyable and stress free. I would 100% recommend her to anyone interested in booking a holiday!

Visited the witney store to book my holiday. Esme one of the team booked it for me, and answered the questions I asked. She was very helpfully, polite.she expressed the team were there to help anytime just to pop in to the store. I will most definitely book with tui again.

Needed to book a 4 night stay in Porto for a wedding, to suit our budget. Sarah was excellent and got flights and hotel booked up in about 15 mins. Excellent service and easily took the hassle out of booking seperate flights and hotel, for the same cost as doing yourself online.

All of the staff are always so helpful and polite and can’t do enough to make booking a holiday more straight forward. There are three travel outlets in my nearest town of Witney. I went into Tui first, to be greeted by Louise, who talked me through my ideas for a surprise 60th birthday holiday for me and my partner. There was no pressure to go ahead; just a very helpful, relaxed chat and a useful printout of the aspects we had discussed. I went on to the other two outlets, which are travel agents, rather than holiday companies. The staff in each were friendly enough, but one wasn’t yet offering holidays as late in the year as I wanted and the other just didn’t seem terribly interested. I wanted hand-holding and a “one-stop shop”, so after a quick bit of online research I went back to Tui.
Luckily for me, Louise was still free, and she was like a burst of winter sun on a cold January day. She took me through everything, explaining the deals, helping to find a lovely hotel, finding the best prices, choosing the seats on the aeroplane, booking an overnight hotel at Gatwick for the outward journey, and providing advice with things like travel insurance and currency exchange. Throughout, she was informative, enthusiastic and friendly, and very happy to help with every one of my queries about this very special birthday trip. I felt in extremely capable hands, and I’ve been left with the reassurance that I can contact the company or pop into the branch at any time if I need to follow up on anything.
I am certain that I would have struggled to get anywhere near the complete holiday package if I’d tried to go through this process online, and I don’t believe I would have had the support of a human presence available to me for any subsequent enquiries or glitches. Even though I have never used a travel company before, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a visit to Tui in Witney if you’re looking to book – or even just investigate – a holiday.
