Visited the Tudor Boutique last weekend and received fantastic, unpressured service by James and his colleague Glenn. Tried on the watch I had my eye on and another piece that might have swayed me. Very patient as I went for a wander to consider my options. Didn't necessarily go in to buy a watch but couldn't help but leave without one!

I was welcomed by the friendly staff at the Tudor department in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. I’ve never experienced such warm and genuine support from a shop. There was no pressure or rush to spend money, I was offered drinks and a lovely sofa to sit down and discuss my new love for watches with Ethan, one of the staff. He was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction for my new Tudor Pelagos 42mm.

If you are thinking of buying a watch, I can highly recommend the Tudor store in Bristol Cribbs Causeway. As already mentioned, without doubt one of the best shopping experiences I have had for many years. I will definitely be buying from them again in the near future.

I purchased my first 'proper' watch from here a few months ago now. I can't recommend this boutique enough. All the staff, particularly Jake were brilliant. Jake has done a great job at not only staying in contact but also remembering all the little details such as what we spoke about on the day of purchase, work etc. Everything feels personal to you and isn't just generic follow ups like you often see. They really do offer the highest level of customer service. Tudor are winning with this boutique. Brilliant staff to match the brilliant product which makes the buying experience really, really special.

Bought my first Tudor watch from Tudor cribs causeway on Saturday . I have to say it was a Fantastic experience Josh the Store manager could not have done a better job . Nothing was too much Trouble Jodie was so kind and knowledgeable, the whole team were Amazing. The watches are so well made and Fantastic value for money. I wish I knew about Tudor years ago . A truly fantastic day . 10 out of 10.
