Always wonderful service in the shop. Roxy and her team know the local uniform policies of each school and are always great to deal with - even during the madness of Summer Holidays.
Have also shopped online and collected instore, and this system works seamlessly too.

Painful. The service is far too slow, and none of the staff seem to understand their own tills causing even more of a delay. Uniform isn't cheap, so having such poor service makes this store even more frustrating to use. I will however say the staff are friendly, that is the only reason they have 2 stars, but if we could we'd use an alternative

Such a miserable bunch of people!
Been a few times but always came away with the same feeling: the customer seems to be an inconvenience to them. Hate that shop with a passion. The guy is lovely, the ladies should really find a better suited job because dealing with customers is definitely not their strength...

Perfect for getting the kids tooled with school stuff. Do it all in one hit. Its all here. Staff very knowledgeable. Much less hassle than the going to the big high street stores like m&s.
...and you can park right outside the shop. What's not to like?

Have had 5/6 trutex school skirts over the last couple of years in which 3 have had zips split and break. Buttons fall off within weeks. Unfortunately we have to buy our uniform from this one supplier, never had this problem when we bought from the high street and they were half the price.
