Poor quality roads, no cctv, no vehicle standards, spaces are very close together, no support from business’. I thoroughly recommend any other retail park than this, it’s unorganised, under repaired, there’s no traffic flow/rules, so it gets very dangerous, cars narrowly missing children, cars hitting into other cars etc.

Best advice, drive past ?

What an absolute joke this place is. I thought I was coming from a meeting so thought I would go to Starbucks to work for a few hours. I have been issued with a £100 parking fine for staying too long. I paid in cash for my 2 drinks and food so doubtful I have receipts. Avoid this retail park, they are actively trying to trip you up.

For anyone visiting this site, UKPC has a target of 11.75 tickets to issue per day they do not carry tickets anymore but all done OK a handheld device. The "parking operative" sits in his own car near the fence around the tree in the middle of the car park and only puts on a hi viz to issue tickets. Be very wary

Absolute nightmare to get into the car park and nigh on impossible to get out too. Expect at least a 20 minute wait just queuing to either get in a space or to get out. Such a poorly designed car park ensures traffic is bottlenecked will an accompanying slow and short filter on the traffic lights. Will never park in this bit again, would be easier and quicker to park the other side (of Australia) and walk across.
The shops look dilapidated and run down, it’s dirty, messy and unkempt. The few good shops slightly worth visiting like Starbucks and HomeSense are overcast by the shoddy feel of the place. And if you’re trying to get your car to the Halfords garage, you’re in for a treat, not only will your sat nav (naturally) bring you to the entrance of the shop, you also get the pleasure of queuing to get anywhere near it, only to find out the garage car park is round the back so you have to then wait again to get out just to drive round back. Splendid way to spend a day I reckon.
It’s like the Bermuda Triangle of Lincoln shopping precincts, where once popular shops go to crumble and wilt, never to be seen on the high street again.
So if I do have the misfortune of ending up there in car park purgatory I will be taking drinks, snacks and a good thick book, maybe a tent too?! Sort it out Lincoln council - my dog could fart a better car park design than that one!

KEEP Your Receipts!!! We did & thankfully & can appeal UKPC parking fine but they say we left the site, they have no proof & I'm glad we do. So please keep your receipts. It seems ridiculous but it's happening.

The shops available are fine. This review is for the parking.

So there seems to be a lot of parking but the bays are narrow. Parking officers are always there and will get you for being on or over the line since it's free parking I guess they have nothing else to do.
The speed ramps are the brick type and so you MUST go slow over them.
Loads of pot holes and loose drain covers.

The exit is very awkward, it's three lanes but too narrow so realistically it's two.

Absolute nightmare of a car park. You will 100% come away with a parking ticket. You are better off avoiding this whole retail park
