made an order on line on the 3,1,24 for some paint. after 2 week i have phone them 5 are 6 time. they do not answer phone are get back to you and i have left message to cancel my order still no reply and order not canceled . so they take your money and run. please do not buy from this company, you will not get what you ordered. UK law, if you don't do get your item within 30 days they break UK law. when my 30 days are up, i will be phoning the Trading Standards office and any other offices as i can. am sick of company's taking the hand out of people thinking they can get away with taking money. its a mission for me now to get them back any way i can. have to give 1 star, should be a black hold of nothing, lol.

Thought I’d take a chance on this seller to buy a case of mtg products. I was a bit worried at first given the negative reviews but after reaching out to Steve my mind was put at ease and I was assured they’d have the products and that these reviews were just a small minority. I did explain at the time that I needed as close to a guarantee as possible given that if I took the chance with him despite the feedbacks I wouldn’t have an opportunity to purchase said products elsewhere come launch as they were selling out. I was informed that they were only showing products that were ‘in stock and ready to ship’ so with that in mind and being somewhat hopeful I decided to give them a shot. 2 days following the release I had still not received any confirmation of shipping and this is where my fears were realised. After direct messaging twice online (each a day apart) I was finally informed that my order was not going to be fulfilled. Absolutely devastated as this was a product I’d been looking forward to receiving more than I have any other in a long long time. I really wanted this to work out and am so sad that it didn’t. To that end, I can’t recommend this company and it would appear the previous negative feedbacks were justified.

Ordered from triple helix as they had a good range and good prices. I called to find out why an order hadn't been shipped and they explained the fact they don't hold much stock.... all this is on their website but I missed it. My order arrived a few days later well packaged, a second larger order arrived more promptly.

I will probably use them again, they are good on price, easy to get hold of if you want to speak to them.

Went in to get some advice on getting started in the hobby, owner was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the various models and systems. He helpfully directed me towards some places to get additional information before I should make my first leap rather than pushing me to a purchase, clearly a man motivated by his passion for the product rather than money. I will make sure I purchase my first models through them 🙂

Total time wasters. Contacted them to see if they wanted to buy some products as per their website. They came back asking me to provide photos as they were "very interested" - I spent a couple of hours digging things up, taking good photos and they never replied to the emails or acknowledged chase up.

I've had my time wasted by these people, and they can't even be bothered to send a quick 'thanks but not interested' email. Total timewasters and unreliable for selling used products.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF LOOKING TO SELL USED GAMING GOODS.

The people who work here are amazing. They always go above and beyond what you would expect from any type of retail outlet or shop, even if something can't be done you know that they've tried their v best to try to get it sorted for you. Everytime I call, no matter what the issue, I am always greeted by a friendly voice and always leave the call feeling happier due to their cheery nature. The web interactions are also just as nice and friendly. Definitely would recommend anyone who hasn't to give these guys and gals a go 🙂

Great service. Really friendly staff and the cheapest consistent prices I've found anywhere.

I've also been really impressed by the fairness and transparency from their 2nd hand buying service.

Granted they could probably carry more stock and be open longer but this would more than likely impact their ability to price so low so its a small price to pay, and one I'm more than happy with.

Ordered some models on Sunday which were needed for Saturday, paid extra for next day delivery just to be on the safe side. Received the order confirmation on Monday. But then after not hearing anything until Wednesday when I emailed to see what was going on. Didn't get a reply until Thursday saying the models would be dispatched Thursday and delivered friday. Models actually arrived on Saturday, paying extra for next day delivery was really worth it in this case, too late for me to use so I had to shop else where. Issues were well delta with and an agreement was reached. Hopefully this one time was just a unlucky, busy at Christmas time issue.
