Had a pedal and crank fall off during a long ride about 5 miles down the road. The guys were more than happy to see to me promptly and fixed the issue straight away at a very reasonable price. Even filled my bidon and offered to look after my bike while getting lunch. Would highly recommend

Took my Rockhopper to them to sort the bottom bracket thread, dropped it off, went for a coffee, went back to the shop and it was all done!

Attended Trax with an electric wheelchair attachment that needing setting up.
They spent time assembling it and then discussed care and use of it helping for the first time we tried it.
They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!

Fantastic bike shop, especially for a small town. Crams in a lot of stock, great at fixing, servicing. John, Tony + the staff always very helpful, knowledge and conscientious. I've bought 3 bikes from here, had them fixed + serviced and bought numerous bits + pieces. Can't recommend highly enough!

I have taken my Bianchi OLTRE XR4 to TRAX cycles in Buntingford for numerous issues/repairs. John who has worked on my bike has done a fantastic job! Very professional and knowledgeable.

Today I punctured just outside Hare Street and hobbled back to TRAX where John replaced the tube for me and also dug out quite a few small sharp stones that were embedded into the tyre.

John and Tony went that extra mile to help me. Such great service and I would highly recommend TRAX in Buntingford.

John from Trax saved my bacon when some crook nicked my handlebars. Other bike shops were trying to charge me nearly double the price but Trax sorted me out with all new good quality parts for a very reasonable rate. Got the bike back to good as new within 2 days. popped into trax on saturday since i was up in buntingford with a mate on a motorcycle trip from london. as someone who works in an independent bike shop it was lovely to see another independent providing for the community. lovely little shop and lovely guys in store. if your in the area go and see them?
