Service at the front desk was amazing. There were no toiletries, just a pump with soap in the shower. No hairdryer or anything like that. Very clean and comfy. Added bonus is the 12 noon check out 😁

The lady at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel corridors were noticeably clean and the room was also really well maintained. We have stayed in quite a few different Travelodge hotels and this one has really impressed. Thank you for a great stay.

First time visit. Just had a refurbishment all very clean and a pleasant stay. Could improve the door card, mine failed and was locked out. The direct line and the emergency line just said “nobody available” and rang off. I had to search for a cleaner who sorted me out.

Having had the worry of my dad having an operation in Whiston Hospital, I couldn't have had a nicer, helpful, understanding conversation and experience when talking to Sue at travelodge Warrington Gemini.||Sue was so kind and understating when dealing with the booking. I was so worried about the potential non availability of early check in, and my mum having been up since 3am to take my dad to hospital 2 hours from home, Sue calmed me down, took away my worry and sorted it all out. Can i just say a MASSIVE thank you. Sue, you an absolute credit to travelodge, you have shown true kindness. I honestly cant thank you enough . Tracy x

Gemini Warrington was without doubt one of the best Travelodge hotels we've stayed in. Perfect for an overnight en route to our destination and had eateries within a stroll to satisfy most. Having been refurbished the hotel decor is fresh and attractive, it was clean and welcoming too. Staff friendly and no complaints with the competitive price....recommended.

MICE? Stayed 3 nights 18-21 April 2025, Room 322. It is probably the most remote, quietest room. For two nights we had scratching tapping ticking noises from the ceiling, probably mice. Kept us awake. Staff said they had pest control in regularly. Otherwise good, helpful staff, clean, quiet. Location is a big retail park, so think cars rather than walking.

Rooms were clean. But they are budget so literally, no frills. Issues there is no water or were to get it over night and there is no fridge/freezer. Only one towel and 1 hand towel. Bed was a tad uncomfortable.
On the plus side. The rooms are a
Quiet and although they are a bit cold (is difficult to control the heating system) there is temperature control. All in all in a place to stay because is convenient. Location is excellent. There is Starbucks about 50m from the hotel, restaurant next to it and a very short drive there is M&S (huge one) and Boots (also enormous) IKEA, MC Donald's and a Brasserie (highly recommended) and others. There is plenty of parking.
Recommendation. Add a vending machine with water and other drinks.

The rooms are clean and bathrooms small but perfect for the shower etc. Saw the girls cleaning the walls today. Great cheerful staff and fully accessible hotel. The location is a bit out of the way so having a car ir a must, in my opinion.
