Staff are amazing, helpful, well dressed (that’s how you know there’s gold in here) and really the shop is so well put together. Was easy to find section by section what I’m looking for. Will be now making regular visits!

Visited for the first time last week. Was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed any help. I was looking for more alternative clothing and was helped with finding some stuff. The guy was really friendly I believe his name was Nico? Will defo be back for more stuff!

They have a decent stock and it’s good for finding more unique items, their stuff is more curated. But they are RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. Reselling used fast fashion items for 2-3x the price when new? This dress definitely didn’t cost more than £4 from shein, so I struggle to see how they can sell it for £11. I’ve seen clothes that I literally already own on sale for more than what I bought them for.

Why work for a charity if you don’t want business? I’m a huge fan of Traid, Fara, Octavia, etc. I buy all my clothes from them. Just went into the Camden location at 6:47 giving me 10 minutes to shop. They had a time clock on me. Every 2 minutes they’d say “9 minutes til we close”… 4 minutes til we close” and so forth. When I went to finally check out, they didn’t offer me a bag which is what the norm is at these shops. Some of them often have them for free but it’s ok if they don’t. Instead of politely telling me “it’s £1” they said “it’s not the U.S, they’re not free”. Nothing but rude women ……. Super upset by this. It doesn’t take long to close a retail store, especially a charitable one. I probably would have spent more money too if they didn’t keep disrupting my shopping to tell me how many minutes til closing. For the record I am American but I’ve lived in the UK since 2017, so I’m well aware this isn’t the U.S…. Don’t work for a good cause if you’re a c*nt!!!

Very rude employees. These people might be tired but they have no right to talk to customers like that. A lady shouted at me rudely “THEY ARE NOT READY” because I approached a rail with unpriced items . Relax Queen !
Super expensive for second hand items . Beats the charity /thrift purpose . Shein and Stradivarius 3times up from the original price . Unjustifiable!

I walked in, desperately searching for a clutch bag for my 21st birthday outfit. Nothing online felt special, and I had this niggling feeling that I wasn't doing enough to reduce my personal waste.

The vibe in the store is so positive, and the members of staff are awesome. The shop is so easy to navigate, and I was very glad to find this pretty clutch bag, with an optional strap, and even more glad to learn that it only cost £7.99!

After seeing plenty of bags online for thrice the price, I'm really glad I popped in today and discovered this gem. (:
