Ordered 3 x 2kg yataka wasabi peas, delivery was very quick, it was well packaged and at a very good price. Very well organised with emails keeping me updated and invoice etc. Very happy and will definitely buy again, highly recommended

Firstly, I put in a order on November 20th 2024, this didn't arrive at all.
This was due to transit/courier issues, rather than the seller.
Contacted them via Email on 28th November, they arranged and dispatched the same order on the 2nd December.
This arrived Today on 5th December, safely and on time.
I cannot fault this seller, as they dealt with the problem swiftly and excellence.
Hopefully next time, there won't be any more issues.

Ordered from them, they said would be delivered by Yodel, then they changed their mind didn't tell me or give me tracking and used FedEx a company so bad and lazy that they have a policy not to deliver above the ground floor even if the recipient is disabled, I have wasted my time and my carers time waiting for a delivery that was never attempted. They caused this headache by deciding to use a different delivery service then what I paid for.

I ordered a box of my favourite Kimchi. I was worried it may come without temp controlled packaging but it arrived very quickly. They received the order on Monday and I had it by dinner time, Wednesday. Also, I am in Northern Ireland which usually means there is a delay but not in this case. The bags were nice and cool and I am very pleased. I will definitely back each month. Would definitely recommend!
