Me and my wife have been purchasing items from here for a while.
Honestly the delivery service has been awful, we didn't recieve any updates regarding our products and to be honest I found myself chasing for updates on a weekly basis.
However we have ordered almost 3 crates worth of items and I can honestly say the appearance is brilliant.
The quality has been pretty good aswell.
We braught some chest of draws aswell as side cupboards, they looked great but yes the quality was moderate.
We braught dining velvet chairs and the quality has been brilliant and they look good.
I would say they need to improve on their delivery service and customer service however as a whole we are impressed.
Value for money gets a 10/10.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! If I could give 0* I Would.
I placed an order 2 months ago after being told that all the items on my order were in stock and would be able to be delivered by a certain date. (a week or 2 later as we needed them urgently)
The first delivery was checked off with the delivery note saying everything was there.
They had swapped a bed for one they 'thought i would like as it was more expensive' as the one they had told me was in stock, wasn't anymore (without letting me know this)
They had only delivered 1 out of 2 bedside tables, I mean, who only has 1 bedside table with a king size bed?
As soon as we discovered this we let them know, and gave them a month (till the week commencing 7th October) to sort and deliver everything we ordered as they had told us they were in stock.
Virtually every day we called chasing an update, to no avail. Each time we were told that they would look into it, and each time we got no response, until we threatened them with court. (25th September) After the 25th September, it took them till yesterday to deliver all the goods (24th October). The goods weren't even worth waiting for!
The bed's end panel snapped off when putting it up, very poor quality!
All units with drawers are very weak and feel as if they will fall apart at any time.
The chandelier arrived with the glass chipped and broken and took over 4 hours to put up.
Just please, if you want any time to think about anything else, avoid using this company as you will only be messed around. (This was written in 2019)

(March 2021) Thought I would update this review since having to learn the hard way, the furniture from here passes no bs standards or anything and in a fire, is EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE! We had already had to mend the beds about 3 times using extra fixings etc with only 3 months of use!

Absolutely avoid unless you have plenty of money to throw away. When they say your stuff has been ordered, dispatched/ posted onto you, and then when you don't receive the items, they tell you they were delivered to your local post office which it never happened....ever. So sorry, but I need to be honest, its shocking. They will have made alot of money from people. Furious)!

Terrible service; quality of furniture is poor. The stock is old and and Shemene will not do a deal on damaged stock. We tried to buy lots of old stuff but she was living a fantasy of prices.

It seems like they have not bought any new stock for a long while.

AVOID!! Do not purchase from here...i would give a -10 if i could. The quality is terrible, but also there service, when trying to sort an issue out they never answer emails or your phone. Also they said delivery will be a month and it turned out being 10 months!! We placed the order in February and it didnt come till November....what sort of service is that, especially when the order is thousands of pounds!
