Avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional dealer. Had paid a deposit on a C43 and was told the car is faultless and only has kerbed alloys which they would be happy to negotiate on. Took 2hrs trip to find door dings, paint chips on wheel arch, cracked interior plastics and one tyre completely different from the rest with no explanation. Then asked to test drive and the salesman (Neil) was quite rude and abrupt saying no test drives, only allowed to sit in while he drives and there is no issues at all with the car. Would only allow a test if we were definitely buying the car with no come backs. Said they have no insurance cover for other drivers and don't have trade plates to drive untaxed cars, very strange for a car dealer. Only if I arranged my own insurance could I drive it. Arranged temp cover and he still didn't want to saying we can't drive over 70mph and only on city roads....red flag. Eventually let me test the car with his worker alongside and everything made sense, it was pulling to one side so needed tracking or was hiding a suspension issue. Came back and he denied there was anything wrong with the car despite his man witnessing the car when it was pulling. Claimed the car was absolutely sound and that we shouldn't waste our time if we weren't coming to buy and that we knew nothing and he knew everything and the car was perfect. Later found out the car has been for sale for months and price dropped multiple times, probably due to others walking away when finding faults and their attitude towards a sale. Neil was very rude and left, clearly only wanted someone to turn in, massage his ego about how perfect his car was and pay him top dollar for a dodgy motor with no test drive. Avoid avoid avoid.

I tried my best to give Daniel benefit of doubt BUT sadly his aftersales customer service and communication are appalling.

I communicated with Trade Direct due to suspension issue; which was there from the first week I got the car but since I had the car booked for a service, I thought I would ask the garage to look at it prior to letting Daniel know what was the issue.
Garage diagnosed 5 out of the 8 suspension arms need changing.
I got 3 quotes from 3 different garages and sent them to Daniel.
Since he was away, he asked me to contact Neil.

Neil is a bully and nasty person. I hope I never communicate with him again.

I left a negative feedback following my communication with Neil (which I removed two days later hoping that Daniel would be more sensible).

Daniel spent some time on Google searching for my details and blackmailed me to leave a negative review even though he never used my services. Seriously?

He suggested I bring the car back to them to look at the issue (even though I am 2 hours away) which I would have done, but he never answers.

I even suggested to him I can get the car fix locally and send him the faulty arms to he refund me as per his mechanic/ trade labour and parts cost.
BUT again he never answers.

He used every single excuse to avoid answering calls: on leave, Jet lag, out with family, blood taken, driving.

They keep telling me it is a 7 year old car and to expect issues. I do understand and expect what a 7 year old (£26k) car is. I have already fixed a dent, scratches.

I feel sorry for these guys. What a miserable ethics/ attitude they have.

In summary: if they have a car you like, get it checked thoroughly and consider it as a private sale. Don’t expect any aftersales service and you hope you never communicate with them again.
