All the staff here are trade cars 4 U have been exceptional! All very friendly and welcoming! Sophia has been my main point of contact and she's been amazing at ensuring everything ran smoothly and made sure I had to do basically nothing except come and collect the car. They clearly take a lot of pride in their business as evidenced by the quality of their stock! I've just picked up a nearly mint discovery 4 (far better than others I had viewed at similar prices), the aftercare so far is equally top notch as they have offered to replace the missing spare wheel and have a couple of the cameras replaced!

Very happy customer and will certainly be coming back in a few years to see what other pre-owned luxury cars I can upgrade to!

Absolute 5 star service from start to finish. I have previously had bad experiences with other dealerships but trade cars 4 u has been the complete opposite! I saw a car online but wasnt able to go and see it as i dont live in the area, the staff provided all the information and needed about the car and went out of their way to help me arrange a way to pay off my previous car after explaining my situation for needing a bigger car. They contacted me nearly every day to update me with the progress of the car and explained their thorough process of ensuring the car is at the best standard before leaving the dealership. They also arranged delivery for me which was done effortlessly. I dealt with Sofia and John who were just genuinely lovely people, it really showed that they put client relations as a high priority in their business. The car i purchased is brilliant and was spotlessly clean when it arrived, i would 100% use them again in the future.

From the very 1st call to the very last call the service was exemplary. Went to view the car had a good look round, After viewing the car we decided that we would purchase the vehicle so we went into the office did all the necessary paperwork etc.etc. Decided to have extra bits done on the car which were reasonably priced and carried out as requested. Came back home made the payment and just sat back and waited. There were hiccups along the way, however, John wouldn't let go and he saw it right through till the end, even to the point of being on the phone with me during the evening when he should have been spending time with his family, and not talking to me on the phone trying to sort out the issues 🙁 he was absolutely fantastic have nothing but praise for him and his patience, and Sophia, the lady in the office, well, what can I say about Sophia she's funny she's helpful she's a delight to talk to..... it's just an absolute pleasure doing business with this company Mark as well can't forget Mark it was just great great all round the service. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company to anybody thank you to everyone concerned. If ever we are in the area we WILL be popping in for a brew. Thanks

Bought a Porsche Panamera in November 2024. John was fantastic from start to end. Saw the car on auto trader. Arranged a video call quickly showed me around the car. No pressure at all. I did my research and rang John a week later and arranged to see the car on a Sunday. I was late but John stayed behind in the showroom and I was at the show room for well over an hour as I wanted to take my time looking at the car. Test drive was relaxed, not rushed and went for a good few miles not just around the block. John allowed me to get comfortable with the car and explained everything about the brand, car and history.

I saw the other stock they hold and they are all quality cars, reasonably priced.

Buying the car, he and Sophia were brilliant, organised and kept me informed. They did everything they said they would do. they did not cut corners to rush the preparations, even though I wanted the car quickly because I was going away. John explained the importance to them about preparing the car for me - and I understood. Came with service and full
Mot with no advisories and even changed tyres.

Had the car delivered to Birmingham on a Sunday morning - because I was going away that week. The Porsche came in a clean immaculate condition with half a tank of fuel! They also surprised me by gifting me a new set of private plates for my car!

Overall great experience, trusted dealer and quality stock!

Excellent garage which I highly recommend. Purchased my lovely Mercedes from them back before Christmas and the whole process was just seamless from start to end. A year on and I’m still over the moon with the Range Rover L322 Westminster I purchased from John and Sophia, the car has been amazing and apart from mot and servicing has performed very well including driving across The Pyrenees this September and October.

Been an absolute pleasure buying a car from Trade Cars 4 U, they are a credit to the industry. From the first point of contact, when I asked for more details, they were more than happy to provide all the information, no dancing around it or hiding info, open and honest and that, to me, really shows the measure of a business, when they are happy to accommodate the customers requests without complaint.

Even the last minute hitch of my part exchange not wanting to play ball wasn't too much of an issue and easily sorted, something I must admit was very worried it would put the deal in jeopardy.

Big shout out to the delivery drivers as well, called when they were 30 mins out and, when they arrived, let me have as much time to go over the car again to make sure all was as described without pressuring to leave.

Would not hesitate to recommend Trade Cars 4 U to anyone I know in the market for a car.
