Tracy was super friendly and very professional. She made my hat to finish off my wedding outfit. I have a small head circumference, so didn't want something that would ' drown' my head. Tracy asked that i bring my wedding outfit into her shop, so she could colour match and get a feel for the style and look that would suit. Tracy suggested that i personalise the hat in some way, so i decided to incorporate the sunflower theme, we had running through our wedding day, that had great sentimental meaning to me. Tracy sat the sunflowers on wires to give the hat some depth and direction, which i loved. Finished off with some bling, to match my shoes and bag. The hat finished off my outfit perfectly.

I would highly recommend Tracy's services!

I cannot rate Tracy too highly! She has just made me the most beautiful hat for my daughter's wedding. It was universally admired and I felt so special. The whole process was easy and such fun. I'm not a natural hat wearer but Tracy's skill, patience and enthusiasm made me feel really comfortable and confident. I need an excuse for another! Thank you!

Tracy created a fascinator to compliment the dress for my son's wedding. The service she gave was fantastic including appointments out of hours. I wanted a special hat to complete my outfit for my sons wedding and had no hesitation as to where to go. Tracy totally understood what I felt comfortable with and what would suit me best. Tracy designed and created a beautiful hat for me which received many compliments at the wedding. I've known Tracy for many years and her passion for her work is second to none.She has an extensive knowledge of her trade and all her hats are beautifully made and completely unique. Tracy is a lovely genuine lady who will make the whole process of choosing a hat a really delightful experience. So whatever the occasion or if you simply just want a hat there is nowhere better to go than Tracy Wells.

Went to see Tracy for advice on the type of hat I could wear for my daughter's wedding in May 2019 at Abbey House Hotel. Tracy was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what would be right for me. She spent time with me looking at my outfit for the day and matching the style of hat to achieve the right look for me. I felt so special on the day and the hat was........ a maze ing.....
