Simply great service.

I ordered numerous plastic storage Toteboxes for one of our projects that are coming up soon, more projects will be following.
The boxes arrived in great time but alas there was an issue in transit even though they were packed well.
I contacted the company via email with my concerns and a manager called my company within 15mins and subsequently emailed me as I was out of the office, a resolve was quickly sought and replacements are being packed as I type this review.

The mark of a good company isn't that they're lucky enough to have not had any issues along the supply chain as yet, the mark of a great company is the aftersales support and how a problem is managed after an issue has arisen.

I'd recommend Totebox of Northampton for all of your plastic box storage solutions.

Never experienced service like this in my life, we purchased x8 boxes which arrived sooner than expected and brilliant quality at a great price.

Although I noticed one of the boxes had minor damage to it, which didn’t affect its use really.

I emailed the company a photo of it and received a brand new box the very next day, amazing service!
