Wow! What an experience it was coming here with my family! So many options of flavours, it was like being a kid in a candy store! Absolutely fantastic service from the young man who was working! Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a day out!

I have been a customer here for a couple of years now. The shop has an amazing range of products on display as well as really great knowledgeable staff who will go the extra mile to ensure you have any advice you could possibly need. Premises always beautifully presented, and there's always a friendly greeting. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my vaping supplies.

The shop and staff are great.
But this brand is aimed at beginners. You are paying for a name here not quality. All rebranded China tat with a heavy price tag compared to top quality brands.

*For your info I was a very good customer of the shop for many years. (Check your loyalty books, pretty sure my name would appear alot lmfao) Until I found I was being over charged, not by the shop but by the company. And this was pointed out by an ex staff member who broke away from this greedy brand. The review is mainly aimed at the brand directly and not the shop or staff past and present. Stars adjusted accordingly as that was a "touch screen error". But the review is standing.

Great shop, great staff. I was only saying to the manager Russ in there this morning that Totally Wicked are the only brand I've ever used that actually taste like the thing they are supposed to. Top marks.
