I have been collecting items from this shop as I live locally, however I will be switching from today. The guy behind the till has barely managed to utter few words, and when I couldn’t hear him- he was so obviously annoyed. This is not the first time , he clearly doesn’t want to be there.

So it’s not just me then. That young lad with what can barely be described as a beard has no manners. Doesn’t pay attention at all. Most of the time, he’s listening to some awful racket on his phone.

I never write reviews, but got to a point I need to. I live locally (down the road) from this shop and I use it often. Staff is rude and clueless. You can approach them with the best intentions (smiling , saying please & thank you) and they still answer as if you are bothering them. They lost me two parcels (claimed they never had them, marked them as not received and turns out they had. One I eventually managed to get my hands on. The other got sent back to sender!) and now possibly a third (same as before: clueless kid at the till. Barely talking to me. Refusing to check if parcel is somewhere in the shop. Given I can see it has been signed for at the shop) . Few of my friends had complained too and we all trying to switch to the other shop further down the road. Avoid if you can

Not going here again. Incompetent child on the till pays no attention, hasn’t got a clue, is rude, doesn’t look up at you. Not how to behave. Throwing parcels around but has no clue of its fragile or breakable

It was ok before lockdown but now during it staff dont wear masks or gloves. Even tho there is a sign on the door saying max 2 people in at 1 time they allowed 5 people in. 3 were not wearing masks either. And when you go to pay the staff feel like they need to touch every part of the item your buying.
