Popped in here today for some help. Was replacing a sink and the attachments for the plumbing were knackered. Couldn't figure out sizing and part I needed so I sought help from these guys. 2 chaps in there more than happy (seemingly) to spend 15 minutes helping me to find the right parts, testing with my existing parts and grabbing stuff from the shelves to try. After 15 minutes we found exactly what I needed, I paid and was on my way. Sink now all fitted and good as new - with thanks to these guys and their patience. Will now be using them rather than Screwfix moving forward!

This branch is tricky to navigate if you’re not familiar with the area. A minor wrong turn led to a frustrating 15-minute detour back to the A12.

In contrast, the Maldon and Chelmsford branches are much easier to access. Inside this branch, service was quick and friendly—I was in and out in under a minute. Despite the good service, the difficult location means it loses a star. It’s functional but not ideal for those unfamiliar with the area.

New to trying to do some DIY myself and Michael has been incredibly helpful every time I've visited the store asking questions about what tools are great and even better he has great knowledge in what would work best and sticking to a tight budget before Christmas!

Chris and Dominic and witham Toolstation went above and beyond my expectations they were polite and friendly and really knew there stuff i use Toolstation every other day and it’s because of the knowledge and politeness of the staff I continue to use them a lot better than screw did unused

Have visited the new Witham branch on many occasions since it has opened and I have to say the staff are absolutely brilliant very polite and helpful. I visited the branch not long before they were due to shut this evening and Sophie along her colleague were so good and helpful.
Well done all of you it gives a better experience and atmosphere then simply click and collect.
