Had an emergency whilst on holiday , my emergency took me to tool station - in this day and age when customer service is very poor - I was greeted by Tom a very welcoming friendly guy , I explained my situation and Tom being very professional helped get me on my way . This was customer service at its very best thanks Tom for your great customer service .

Went in for hacksaw blades and mig welder wire for home mig welder. They had neither of these basic consumable items.

I made my first visit to Toolstation yesterday and it was my good fortune to be assisted by a member of staff named Graham. His friendly approach coupled with his knowledge are unsurpassed and I very quickly had the items needed for my current project. I am most grateful for the help afforded and will be back again whenever I need something I my for future projects. Top notch
