I can't thank the staff enough for reopening the shop even though it was past it's closing time that I was unaware of because I didn't check the closing time.
The order I collected was extremely important and because of their actions I have been able to carry out the work to secure the awning and just in time before the storm hit. .

Had to return an item and was served by Jake. He was amazing! Such great customer service, he listened to us and tried his best to resolve the issue before issuing the refund.
The store was clean and tidy with all Covid19 precautions in place for safety of both staff and customers, it gave great piece of mind 👌
