I had a very pleasant experience at Toolstation Heathrow especially services provided by manager Veronica.
She was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. I would have bought more products if computers worked a bit faster as it seems there was an issue with connection so my transaction took slightly longer. Veronica talked to me about Kart services in Toolstation that I’ll definitely will be using. Because of her services I will visit the store again.
Previously I was served by Sean who also really helpful and friendly. Very good team in Heathrow Toolstation. Thank you!

Visited tool station today and met Sean who was working here, his customer service was second to none. I asked him for advise in regards to some things I need help with with my shop and he took his time out to give me various options on what I can do, took his time to explain why I should use certain items and why not to and was overall very helpful. Tool station need to give him a raise

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at Toolstation due to extremely poor customer service. I purchased a product that turned out to be faulty, and when I tried to return it, I encountered nothing but problems. The employee who sold me the product smelled strongly of weed, which was completely unprofessional.

When I brought the faulty product back, the store manager, Veronica, was incredibly rude and dismissive. She outright refused to process the return, offering no assistance or solution. Her attitude was unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation even worse.

This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I will think twice before shopping at Toolstation again unless they address these issues and improve their customer service standards.

I’ve visited this Toolstation a couple of times with my husband. Have to say that the girls behind the desk definitely deserved a medal for their patience, if it was me I wouldn’t probably last there.
If ur lucky and all the customers in front have their product codes then it wouldn’t take long to be served.
Veronika signed me up for toolstation club, I would probably never do it myself but she explained about all the benefits and offers so I agreed.
I think it was Sean an older man who explained to my husband how to fit a new lock.
Thank you guys for excellent customer service for me and my husband!

I'm writing this review because of how frustratingly slow the service is here. I was there yesterday and It took about 30 minutes to get a pick up order. They were understaffed. I have had this problem a few times with this branch. Please ensure you allocate more staff to the tills when you see a queue developing
