During c19 you have to pre order all of your good online for collection at your nearest store. It is possible to go to store sit outside place your order and wait five minutes to collect it. I find these cheaper than the big DIY places and on par or of not cheaper then screw*** . Staff are always friendly but no access to the shop during covid. Parking spaces for around 10 vehicles with ramp access.

Visited today to collect an order I'd made days ago via their website. Although I had been emailed advising it would be ready today after 10am, when I turned up not all parts were there. The member of staff had no clue when the missing item would arrive. Wasted an hour of my day and fuel driving there to collect this. Member of staff didn't seem too bothered. They could have offered to deliver it or similar, but showed no enthusiasm at all. I hardly ever visit this branch but on the small number of occasions I have it's always been a pretty poor experience.

Had a big project to do but wasn't quite sure what I needed, spoke to Damien who was very knowledgeable and helpful, he sorted my requirements out and put my mind at ease. Following Damien's advice and recomendations I completed my project with ease. Can't thank Damien enough, great service, great price, and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Popped in yesterday had a problem with faulty item got past on to the manager Fay I think she is called, she was more then rude to me nasty young lady!!! I’ve been using toolstation for several years never been spoken to like that not happy at all!!!!!!

The staff are really friendly & helpful.
My only issue is Toolstation as a company, promising next day instore delivery, but it took 4 days to arrive at a different store.
The Durham branch is worth a visit if you need trade or DIY products.

Great they were open on a Sunday. Helpful preordering process meant no wasted journey. Personable busy but queue not long and they opened another serving point to cope. No problems at all. Intend to use again.

Served by a very happy bubbly chappy called Mark who advised me the two products wouldn't work together and informed me of choices that I could use .
I would recommend his service and would use the store again for further click and collections .
Refund was very easily dealt with .
