For two people we had a drink each a sausage roll and a slice of cake each. Both of us have very different tastes and we're each happy with our selections and the others which is a novelty. Tom does a good lemon cake let me tell you! This coming from someone who believes that unless a lemon cake turns your eyes into raisins because of how sour it is it's a bad cake that's a good review. 10/10 would go again. Moist and lemony and refreshing. Boyfriend had the chocolate orange cake which was delicious too

A great tea room, open and airy and a perfect location looking out on the High Street and choir school. Good selection of teas and coffee as well as fresh tempting cakes! It's very popular too so that tells you what you need to know! Very reasonable prices too, which makes a nice change for something with such a great position.

Good cakes, but the staff needs some work. The coffee station was filthy. I watched one employee mess up steaming milk for a macchiato, made eye contact with us to see if we noticed (we did) and continued to spoon the messed up foam on the macchiato. It obviously tasted bad. Then a different employee was getting a slice of cake from the display. There were two cakes in the display and she needed to get a slice from the cake in the front. Instead of pulling the cake in the back out to get access to the front cake, she reached around the back cake and wrapped her bare arms around it. Then a different employee didn’t know how to work the register. This all happened within 10 minutes.

Exceptional! That's the first time I have ever used that adjective to describe a cafe. The choice and quality of their cafes is possibly the best I have ever seen and their coffee matched their cakes in quality. If you are visiting Ely this is the cafe not to miss. I know I will return on our next visit

Pre ordered a celebration drip cake online.
Very easy to do and collection was seamless.
Cake was amazing, tasted great and good value for money.
Will definitely be a returning customer.
